There is much more to you than you realize

From the Sufi poet Rumi:

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field. I’ll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
The world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
Doesn’t make any sense."

Still and quiet one may notice one is aware of being aware. Resting in that awareness one may notice an unshakeable foundation of calm, compassion, clarity, connectedness, creativity, courage, and confidence fissioning away in an eternal presence. All experience flows through it, yet it remains inviolate. It has a name: I Am.
