You can know yourself and be yourself

Perhaps your innate qualities are not virtues that develop from belief, faith, moral rectitude, an algorithm, or following any other rules. Instead, perhaps they comprise the creative power of authenticity and come from spontaneous natural expression. There are many forces arising from ignorance that seek power over and wish to coerce. Oppression exists everywhere and in numerous forms. Many people know this. Perhaps freedom comes from experiential insights into what is essential, real and true for one - and if those insights are accurate then learning, healing, and growth arise naturally and benefit all concerned.
